International Cosmetics & Perfumes seek acquisitions in 2008.
Creed's US and Canadian distributor, International Cosmetics & Perfumes is seeking to acquire other companies in the fragrance and skin care arena in 2008, according to a company spokesperson.  As well as distributing Creed, ICP also distributes  Beauty By Clinica Ivo Pitanguy skin care  and owns and distributes Hanae Mori Parfums.

ICP is run by Emmanuel and Thomas Saujet, CEO and president respectively (pictured).  They are brothers and dual French-American citizens.  They revived Hanae Mori Parfums while in college at NYU and Tufts University respectively, and that line is now available at retailers ranging from Nordstrom to Neiman Marcus as well as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Macy's and Sephora.  The brothers were named to TIME Magazine's list of People to Watch in Global Business in 2006, when they were both still in their 30's.

ICP is looking for niche luxury brands in fragrance and skin care to add to its portfolio.  A company spokesman said any acquisitions would be accretive to company earnings.end of article
