Absolutely tops any other scent I have worn to this date! It is very formal. It opens harsh and at first appears almost feminine. BUT as it begins to dry down the masculinity shows up in full force as it surrenders its rich woodsy aroma. It has a distinct nostalgic appeal to it. It brought me back in time conjuring up thoughts of visiting my grandfather. Feeling his wisdom and the sense of class and sophistication he possessed. It is definitely an over 40 scent. Not to be worn with jeans and tees, but a 3 piece or Tux. It has a longevity and still shows up in the morning after a night out on the town. You HAVE to go easy on the application or it will be overpowering and work against you. You do not want to be noticed when you walk in the room because of the fragrance you are wearing, but want the people to FIND you with there nose as they are wondering where that fabulous smell is coming from.

Works very good with me. Has a sophisticated aroma. Reminds me of an exclusive mens club, with leather chairs, smoke filled room (Pipes), and vintage books. I noticed a hint of fruit deep in the back ground. Very good staying power as well as sinnage.

Very intimate tone. Goes on light and does not change much. It doesnt have to. Stays with you a very long time and has a strong but not over powering sillage. Great for romantic dates. Gives of an aire of power. Woodsy and Peppery. Love it.

Fresh and Light. Great for the summer months. Above average staying power, but nor much sillage. Great for the office or casual dates. The various notes change as it wears down.

I could not live without this. It is and has been for a few years "The One" fragrance I HAVE to have. I never grow tired of it. I can't stop smelling myself when I am wearing this. Sometimes I wonder why I wear anything else. To me there is nothing else like it. Very Loud at first, but when it dries, it is to die for!!
