If you're a fan of Euphoria you may also like this one as it can be compared. Has a similar composition. Great staying power.

Daisy by Marc Jacobs
I'm left scratching my head over this one..not understanding all the hype. It's winning major AWARDS! Had this been bottled in a regular looking bottle under a more generic name, it would be sitting on a dusty shelf in a drug store beside a bunch of other fragrances of the same basic composition. It's most definitely a non offensive scent, but is just not an award winning one in my eyes or nose. Yes, the bottle is cute, but to me, while I appreciate an eye catching bottle, if the juice inside is not more exceptional than that of your basic cheaper drug store types, my wallet shall stay firmly rooted in my purse ;)

If you're looking for a simple, non-exotic, summer fruity floral (more on the fruity than the floral) blend, then this is for you.

Beautiful fragrance with excellent lasting power and lovely sillage, which is sure to invoke many an inquiring mind as to what fragrance you are wearing. Enhances my mood tremendously, especially during the bleak, grey cold winter months. If you adore Jasmine & Gardenia, this is a must have for your collection.

Midnight Poison by Christian Dior
I heartily disagree with this being labelled as a 'simple scent'..far from it. Patchouli haters beware! There is an initial blast of patchouli as strong as the artic winds. I myself am not a patchouli fan, but, I do own this because while the intial blast is overwhelming, and yes, overbearing, it fades quickly to be replaced by an exquisite deep, dark, sultry and passionate rose.

Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia by Estée Lauder
I too am no great fan of EL's fragrances. I find most to be run of the mill, with no discernible outstanding quality which would make them memorable or unique. I was given a bottle of Beautiful quite some time ago that I used for possibly three sprays...gave it away. And, just as the poster above, I too purchased Beautiful Love as an impulse buy. While I will wear it occasionally, it basically sits amidst a sea of my other used-less-frequently bottles. That being said however, EL has finally done it right and I recently had to succumb to a purchase of this new exquisite masterpeice. This fragrance is astonishingly beautiful. There is none of the synthetic aroma you may find with other florals. It succeeds in capturing a true floral essence...as if you have emersed yourself in a wondrous, yet non-overbearing sea of real tuberose, gardenia and Jasmine petals. Here's to hoping that Estee's daughter continues to be a key player in the development of new and upcoming EL fragrances.
