All these reviews are interesting. I agree that it does have the italian playboy appeal to it. I could see some over dressed fashionisto wearing this and some lizard boots at a nightclub. On the other hand I think this would be great for a certain type. I tend to be attracted to musk so this works very well for me. I too had a love / hate realationship with it due to the strong kumquat smell but I've gotten over it and have come to appreciate the uniqueness of it.

I wore it for a month as I was traveling and I've had a bottle in my stash ever since . I cannot wear this on a daily basis because I think it smells too "flakey" meaning I don't think I could be taken seriously if I wore it to the office. If I was in my 20's maybe but I don't find this to be a mature scent. It's more for the young well dressed hipster mover/shaker maybe even a bit emasculated type. I wear it if I go out at night to a bar/club or when I dress with a casual "miami" type look ie. loafers maybe white jeans and a short sleeve button down shirt.

It is one of the more unique modern fragrances out there. I've done alot of whiffing lately and this one has really stood out. Enjoy!

Im getting near 40 so I am getting into more sophisticated scents "classics" to be exact. I don't get the new stuff but this one IS unique. If you like musk you will probably like this.

Soap on a rope. This is very plain, simple and safe. Wear it for the office when you need to cover up odors you forgot to wash off that morning. Won't turn heads but is a decent fragrance. I have no idea what is up with the question mark in the name. Notes of soapy florals with citrus that dries down into an ugly woody musk.

I love this fragrance by Moschino as well as Friends. What I thought was fig I now see is Kumquat. They mix their notes well and the drydown is quite musky and is a wonderful drydown. I am hooked and would recommend this most definitely to others. More of an evening scent to me wherein Friends seems like something to wear with jeans and in the spring and in the summer.

One of my ALL-TIME FAVORITES. This fragrance, although subtle, has superb staying power. "It's a light fragrance that lasts all day." I love the somewhat powdery drydown Not as sweet at Tamerisk by Mary Kay (remember that beautiful fragrance that Mary Kay selfishly discontinued, same with Mr. M by Mary Kay - what an inconsiderate company run by greedy #*%$&'s that take a fragrance off the market if it's not a best seller!). I would recommend UOMO? for the springtime (perhaps because that's when I bought it), but I believe this would be a very nice fragrance for fall/winter. It is a fragrance that will soothe your soul and bring back memories of times that happened in a previous life. Sorry to sound corny, but this fragrance really put me at ease when I was smelling it at desk at my work place one day. It just gave me a feeling of well-being and warmth. I do, in fact, get compliments on UOMO? because it really is not like anything else out there. It's a little powdery but nice. If I want to smell very powdery, I'll wear my Bulgari BLV, which also by the way I absolutely LOVE. The powder note is so strong that it makes me smell like a BIG and cuddly baby -- BEAR! GRRRR!!! That reminds me how much I really LOVE Bulgari BLV. Thanks, Basenotes, for this site. I really love it, being the fragrance aficionado that I am. Bye! Jon in Dallas, Texas

It's hard to add upon what foetidus and toadkings have said, but I only add and say that this one just doesn't work on me. As a fragrance, I would put it in the same realm as Rykiel Homme, Gaultier le male, or Philosophy Amen, but this one has an odd note (something particularly synthetic) that makes the sweetness have a slight bitterness over time that isn't very pleasant. I think I see what Moschino was trying to do with this one, but also think that it is done better elsewhere (I like any of those mentioned above much better).
