A classic fresh fragrance. The male counterpart to the original Safari Perfume. The packaging represents the finer things in life with a faux croc-skin leather on the box and a decanter type bottle, embossed with a Ralph Lauren crest.

  |  A less than average modified chypre with leather and oakmoss in the drydown, florals in the heart and a top note of watery freshness in the opening. You can pick this up for cheap and be confident about your pruchase. WHile nothing truly amazing, it's a good scent to lounge around in. Not sure what Ralph Lauren had in mind with the name and packing in conjunction with the scent. 30 October 2008 |

| Very safe masculine chypre. I'd call this a utilitarian scent in that it can be perfect for certain types of business meetings when you don't want your fragrance to call too much attention to itself, yet be somewhat noticed. It's got a nice classic style to it, but falls a little short of being a true classic scent to me. Nice, but not a special scent. If you can get it inexpensively from Marshall's, it's worth buying it just for its usefulness. 01 September 2008 |

| Recently purchased 2 mini bottles from ebay. The bottles themselves are exact replicas and I like them!!! This is an understated, elegant scent that is very comforting. I feel relaxed when I wear it. I don't know how close the notes are in this splash version to the EDT spray, but it really is a scent for every occasion. 29 August 2008 |
