I used to wear this fragrance when I was 18 and I remember that it generated several compliments from friends,
Very popular one but worth trying it.

To me much more eccentric scent than anyone else seem to think. Camphor wood mixed with eaucalyptus, benzoin and smoky insence smells absolutely delicious, in a wicked way! Small touch of anise and of course, big load of synthetic musk. Smells cool, edible and a bit dark and mysterious too. I find the whole blend suprisingly animalic.

Flawless lasting power and sillage.

My favourite Annick Menardo fragrance.

Strong and smelly out of the bottle. This one is a lesson in not trusting your first impressions of a fragrance. I do, in contrast to many reviews, a distinct relationship to the original Kouros. This one takes a completely different direction, but they are clearly related. The extended dry down of Body Kouros is worth its tedious opening and palatable woody/spicy/sweetish heart. The benzoin and camphor-wood base is a prize at the bottom this box of Cracker Jack; and is well worth all the trouble. If you don't like it, give it a chance. You may change your mind in 20 to 30 minutes (or longer depending on your skin).

This is a great flagrance. Dont be fooled by the first smell out of the bottle...it can be like gasoline. Few seconds later you will be in a candy shop with vanilla and caramel. Some people compare it to 'Le Male' but i dont smell it. Maybe it is the chemistry with my skin but this turns out completely different..Also dont be fooled about the name. The reason i grabbed this bottle for the first time was because of 'Kouros' in the name. This is totally different. I always have a bottle and i see myself using it many times. You simply cannot go wrong with this one.

Just picked it up today. Interesting scent. Smells very nice...has a hint of the original somewhere in there. Probably the incense which is quite powerful. For those who love the original, beware, this is subtle. After about 3 hours, it is not so pronounced as putting on one of the other Kouros editions. Very distinct...some people say it is similar to JPG and Givenchy; I don't think so at all. JPG is pure vanilla and Pie is a little vanilla and a lot of tangerine. Body Kouros is very much the opening incense, which for me, has lasted about all day (I bought it this morning and put a few sprays on). Like a Kouros scent, it lasts a very very long time...so far 7 hours..good for any time of day or any event. I can feel the warmth of it...something I can see being a turn on for women (well, lets face it, this is a Kouros). All in all, a great purchase. Good for those wanting an alternative to Kouros or Kouros Cologne Sport...has the same longevity as they do, but not as pronounced and a warm sensual scent rather than the rather blunt message of sex and masculinity the other Kouros editions send off.

This is HOT. That is all I can say, hot, hot, hot , hot and more HOT. I love this. My favourite YSL ever (well, thus far). IMO, it is perfect - I see nothing in common with anything else out there, very few similarities with anything at all (that I have yet to come across) that does it better. I definitely do not see the comments comparing this to Le Male at all - completely baffles me.
